About AFGE Local 3313

AFGE Local 3313 is a local chapter of the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE), the largest federal employee union representing over 750,000 federal and D.C. government workers nationwide and overseas.

Our local represents 1,700+ bargaining unit employees across six agencies within the U.S. Department of Transportation: NHTSA, FMCSA, FTA, PHMSA, MARAD, and the Office of the Secretary.

We negotiate collective bargaining agreements, represent employees in workplace disputes, and advocate for policies that protect the rights and well-being of federal workers. We are your voice at the table.
